Framed sliding system

Framed Terrace Glazing:

Framed terrace glazing is quite airtight and durable. A terrace with this type of glazing will be cozy even on colder days (especially when using fireplaces or stoves). Such a terrace will provide excellent protection for living spaces from cold and noise, thus enhancing the airtightness of the house. A room with an enclosed terrace typically has a higher temperature compared to homes or apartments with open terraces.

The structure of framed terrace glazing can be made from wood, plastic, or aluminum, with various solutions possible using different materials. Aluminum constructions are the most commonly used. They are suitable for both apartment buildings and private houses. These systems can create both modern, contemporary styles as well as classic terrace designs.

Aluminum System Terrace Glazing Features:

  • The system can be sliding (ideal for saving terrace space) or hinged.
  • Sliding systems can be 2, 3, or 4 rail, with the choice depending on the terrace size, number of glass sections, and the desired number of sections to be opened.
  • The aluminum system's glass panels move freely in two directions.
  • The system can be installed with locks or fixators.
  • Aluminum constructions are lightweight, which is especially important for terraces not on the first floor, to avoid adding extra weight to the structure.
  • Aluminum profiles can be painted in any desired color using high-quality, durable powder coating technology, or anodized aluminum (which is especially resistant to corrosion, wear, and scratches) systems can be used.
  • Typically, 4-6 mm thick glass is used for glazing (although other thicknesses are also available), and glass units can be used to more effectively reduce surrounding noise.
  • Cost-effective – this is the most affordable terrace glazing method.
  • A 5-year warranty is provided.

Frameless terrace glazing gives a building a modern and contemporary look, allowing homeowners to enjoy the terrace from spring to fall. Although it is not as airtight as framed glazing, it offers excellent protection against rain, wind, dust, leaves, and even insects during summer evenings.

Frameless Terrace Glazing:

Frameless terrace glazing is a partially airtight glazing method.

Frameless Glazing Features:

  • Slide sliding systems use 3, 4, or 5 track rails for the terrace glazing system, allowing glass sections to be conveniently moved to enjoy an open terrace at any time.
  • Frameless glazing can be customized very individually: entire glass sections can span the full height of the terrace. The maximum section size is up to 3 meters.
  • Glazing uses 6 mm, 8 mm, 10 mm, or 12 mm tempered glass, which only breaks from strong impacts.
  • Frameless glazing is the most transparent to light.
  • It can use tinted, frosted, or patterned glass.
  • This system can be used for glazing balconies, terraces, verandas, and can also be used inside to create modern, light partitions.
  • Frameless glazing creates a unique exterior for the building and adds elegance to the interior. However, this system is the least airtight.
  • A 5-year warranty is provided.
  • We use Slide aluminum system profiles for production.
